Good for a stick movie.

You can't expect much from stick movies, but this surpassed my expectations. Definitely keep working at it and maybe evolve from sticks. Spend huge amounts of time on art, and it really pays off.

Thanks, will do!

Funny

This was really good. The graphics were excellent, as far as sprites go, but the humor was the best part. I assume that's what you were aiming for. The menu was also pretty classy-looking. The whole project came off as really polished to me.

Campy, but fun.

I must admit, I was laughing quite early in this. The dialogue was crass, for sure, but that's not a strike against it.

It's a sprite movie, so there's only a limited depth to which I can explore the graphical quality. I'll leave that alone. However, because voice acting was not employed, I must talk about the speech boxes.

They were perfectly timed. I had enough time to read them and not be rushed or end up waiting around. That's a tough thing to do, so I commend you! The only thing is, I noticed some grammatical errors. Watch your "they're"s and "their"s.

Other than that, it was pretty funny. Good job.

Pretty great.

Something about this struck me. I'm not sure that I can quantify it, but I can definitely tell you that I liked this production a lot.

I liked the art, especially the preloader. The whole video had me with a dumb grin on my face, because I just didn't know what to make of it. In the end, I decided it was campy enough to win me over. Good job.

Isn't chikenz der best fud evur?

Not quite there.

There was a lot that this movie did well, but it didn't offer much that hasn't been seen already.

The sound effects worked very well and added a bit to the movie, but I think music would have infinitely improved the production. Perhaps the dungeon music from Mario?

Additionally, the animation was smooth, but sprites are a little easier to use than drawing frame by frame. I did notice a tween or two, and those worked well. I have nothing bad to say about the technical aspects of your animation.

The ending was unexpected and pretty funny, so points for that as well.

However, the movie could have been improved if it were just a little bit longer. It was over before I was really engaged, but I did enjoy what I saw.

Pretty decent.

This was definitely above average, but I found it lacking in a couple areas.

First, I want to talk about the grammar (*gasp* not the art!). I see in the comments that you fixed spelling errors, which is definitely a good step in becoming more acquainted with a professional style. However, that's as far as the praise can go in that direction, because the rest of the grammar was poor. Make sure to watch out where you put apostrophes, and be sure to capitalize correctly.

Now, what was good. Obviously, the humor was fantastic. The offbeat and almost immature mood that it created perfectly complemented the rather simple art. Put a little more time in your creations and you'll be well on your way!

A prequel? I had no idea.

Anyway, it's a great addition to the Tankmen series. Same off-beat humor, same cool art style. It's amazing how you keep it fresh but it's always great. Good job Mr. Utah. Kudos.

Interesting.

The art style was really cool. I enjoyed the off-beat humor too. Good job with this one.

It's been done, but you have a chance.

Look, we have thousands of skating videos on Newgrounds. This, is not the finest. Not by any means.
But, you do have a load of potential. Next time make it longer. Also, NEVER EVER USE STICK FIGURES AGAIN.
While they did work for this video, it's what made your score so low. Even using characters made of circles would have increased your score. This barely made it.
Use of music, however, was good. Next time, make it a higher quality.
It's slightly less than passable as it is, but take my advice and you'll have a good Flash on your hands.

Good luck, bud.

Needs sound.

Nice plot though.

Delta-Mage responds:

The plot took weeks to draw on paper. Sounds would ruin it totally.

I'd rather you not.
