Your voice acting reel is great! I'd love to hear you try to create voices that are representative of a variety of ethnic groups.
Sounds interesting. I'll think about that. The trick is to not do stereotypes, but the subtle intricacies of the voices. I may write up some script or something when I get back from D.C.

Icon admins don't have to bother with cropping Flash movies using traditional methods. They're granted special powers, such as eye beams that simply focus on the part of a Flash they want to make into an icon, and instantly create and upload a copy of that image onto the NG servers... or so I've heard.
Sounds like there may be some painful implants involved.
